Limited Warranty
This warranty is valid for the original owner from the date of purchase as specified on the original sales order and covers shipping of parts or replacements to countries currently serviced by us, limited to the country of original purchase.
Scooters
Flow Electric Scooters are covered by a two-year limited warranty. The warranty includes manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship of the main body including handlebar, deck, forks and charger for a period of up to 2 years.
What Does the Warranty Not Include?
The warranty does not include wear and tear or parts deemed as wearing parts or consumables such as the items listed below:
- Inner Tubes
- Tyres
- Handlebar Grips
- Rubber Foot Mats and Grip Tape
- Bearings
- Buttons
- Kick Stands
- Brakes
- Brake Pads
- Cables
- Rubber Bungs and Seals
- Plastic Covers and Clips
- Paint
You Can Not Use Your Warranty If:
- The part submitted for repair or maintenance is a consumable item or a part not covered by the warranty.
- The part which is submitted for repair or maintenance demonstrates signs of misuse including off-road use, stunts, incorrect maintenance or storage, signs of crash damage or handling contrary to the instructions set out in the manual.
- The submitted repair work is needed due to the scooter having been involved in an accident or reckless/intentional damage.
- The requested work is to repair normal wear and tear, surface or cosmetic damage.
- All scooters have an IP rating of IP54 or greater. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by water ingress. Riding in soaking rain, through deep puddles, jetwashing, submersion, prolonged use in the rain or exposure to water, for example, will invalidate this warranty. No warranty is provided for corrosion damages as a result of contact with water/humidity.
Batteries
Flow Electric Scooter batteries are covered under a 6-month limited warranty for battery malfunctions and manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover the deterioration of the battery’s performance.

Handlebar grips, Tyres, Inner-tubes, Brakes, Bearings, Buttons, Wheels, Kick-Stand, Suspension, Springs, Plastic coverings, Cables, Removable Caps and Seals, Screws, Bolts, Other wearing parts
Processing a warranty claim
If you have an issue with your Flow product please contact us at: support@rideflow.co
You will be asked to send us evidence of the issue which may first include photos or videos of the product or component along with a valid proof purchase and the scooter’s unique serial number.
A Flow technician will then assess the claim and update you on next steps.
You may be asked to send the part of, or the entire scooter to us for further testing or examination.
If a part is assessed and deemed to be damaged without the fault of the user or defective we will dispatch a replacement part as soon as possible. You will receive support in replacing the part. Depending on the issue we may request for the entire product to be returned to us for repair.
If we are unable to repair the product or replace a faulty or defective part after a reasonable number of tries, at Flow Electric Scooter’s discretion we may provide a replacement product. In this instance, the original warranty will be effective from the original purchase date.
We will replace any parts damaged during shipping to you. If you receive a damaged part please contact support@rideflow.co immediately.
After the first six months from the original date of purchase, you will need to show the fault was present at the time of purchase.
Valid warranty claims will be processed within the time limits details above from the date of initial purchase.
Warranty is not transferable and therefore we are unable to provide warranty service to owners of second-hand Flow products or gifts.
Parts damaged by the user are not covered by this warranty.
Unless agreed prior to repair or replacement, we will not pay for any third party services or replacement parts.
The customer is responsible for paying for all shipping charges for any damaged or defective product or component. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by improper packaging or during shipping.
General Terms
This warranty applies only to the original owner with a valid proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover any damage, faults or defects which are the result of a failure to follow instructions in the user manual, mistreatment, neglect, abuse, misuse, force majeure, accident, business, hire or commercial use, alterations, modifications, improper assembly, wear and tear, operator error, water damage, extreme riding including off-road usage, tricks or stunts, use of charger/s or component/s not intended to be used with the product or improper maintenance. This warranty may become invalid if the product has not been maintained.
This warranty does not cover wear and tear or parts which wear under normal use e.g. handlebar grips, tyres, brakes, wheels, bearings, plastic coverings, removable caps and seals and other wearing parts.
Flow Electric Scooters Ltd is not liable or responsible for any loss, fault or damage caused by the use of third party parts or servicing.
Flow Electric Scooters Ltd shall have the sole discretion in determining whether a product is covered under this warranty for repairs and/or warranty for parts.
In no circumstances shall Flow Electric Scooters Ltd be liable for any damages either direct, indirect or consequential arising out of or connected with the sale, use, operation or inability to use of products purchased from Flow Electric Scooters Ltd to the extent permitted by law.
In no event shall Flow Electric Scooter’s liability exceed the amount of the particular defective product paid by the customer.
Lithium-Ion batteries require regular charging and careful handling in order to keep them healthy and operating at their optimum. Please refer to your user manual for specific information on how to maintain your battery. This includes how and when to charge your battery and what to do if you are storing your scooter for long periods of time. Failure to follow these instructions could invalidate your warranty.
